I ordered chair covers for my wedding from here. Less than one week prior to the wedding I called to add a couple more chair covers to my ordered. It was only then I found out that they did not even have the supply for my initial order! Furious that they did not have the courtesy to even call me (they said I was on their to-call list--less than a week before the wedding) I cancelled my order and went with another company. They told me that I would receive a full refund because it was their fault. I made several follow-up phone calls regarding my refund in which they gave me several excuses. At one point they told me they submitted it, then they said they would submit it again. Then they just stopped returning phone calls. Over a month later I had to physically go into their office and force them to process my refund. They gave excuse after excuse. This company is highly disorganized and completely unprofessional. They do not care about taking care of their customers and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! There are new owners at Rentaland and the service is terrible. I placed and confirmed an order for tables and chairs to be delivered to a client. The night before they called and left a message on my office line that they would not be there the next morning. I had to scramble to get the items I needed. I have also heard I am not the only one. more

UNFORTUNATELY THEY SENT THEIR DRIVER TO OUR HOUSE TO DELIVER A TENT FOR A WEDDING AND WE NEVER ORDERED IT. THE DRIVER THEN LEFT , BACKING OUT OF OUR DRIVE RUNNING OVER OUR FLOWER POTS AT THE END OF OUR DRIVEWAY. WE CALLED THE DRIVER ON HIS CELL AND ASKED WHY HE RAN OVER THEM AND JUST KEPT ON DRIVING! HE SAID "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT"? I THEN CALLED THE OFFICE AND LEFT A MESSAGE SEVERAL TIMES FOR THESE PEOPLE TO RETURN MY CALL, BUT OF COURSE THEY HAVE NOT! THE POTS WERE $50.00 EACH THE LARGE CLAY ONES AND I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO FILE A REPORT .THIS PEOPLE ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE! more

Unbelievable experience! I do no recommend renting anything from this place. I rented 6 chaffing pans and 108 wine glasses for a party I was planning. Not only did they not give me a food pan for one of the chaffing dishes, but they were extremely dirty and in poor condition. I was unable to use the one and was told I would not be receiving a credit for it. The wine glasses were all mixed-matched and spotted. When I called after the party the following Monday, the rude obnoxious owner said oh well and I don't think so. I called back several times and was passed over to an employee who took my information and never called back. more

The company dropped off 50 chairs and a broken arch. The owner claims that the zip ties that were left with the arch were adequate to hold the arch up; however, my father (woodworker by trade) and my uncle could not get the arch to stay together with zip ties. When we returned from our honeymoon we contacted the owner of the store who told us that it was our problem!!!!! Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
