I actually had checked the fare for my trip prior to calling for a cab. The fare estimate was $11.53. He preceded to charge me $20, for a 2.6 mile cab trip at 5:45am, with no traffic, and a ride of 7 minutes. Will never be using his services again.
Considering he is a pastor I AM glad I no longer AM, and grateful I left Christianity nine years ago. Crooks like him are one of the reasons pastors get a worse rap than they deserve. I wonder how his church members would feel if they knew he was out here robbing people.
