Though I'm driving the car I wanted, the customer service was extremely bad of course after they took my 3,000 and for me to sign off on my contract. The Gm was nasty on the phone with me after two days of having my bmw the car went back because the audio system wasnt working took them 13 days to fix my car. The loner they gave had bad breaks that almost cause me the worst accident with my kids in the car. My sales person (Reggie) stay away from him was sending me very nasty, bullying text message after I gotten my car back. Love my car they get one star for that, but I'll NEVER send anyone to them.
