They don't pay their dispatcher so the dispatcher pays himself by picking off the runs he wants and throwing the scraps to the drivers. Their customer card list with names, addresses and credit card numbers are shared among the drivers online so they can process the charges themselves, saving the owners at ITN, who are Chris Haan, Scott Yahr and Noah Logsdon, the work of processing them, putting their regular customers at risk of identity theft and fraud. They owe money to at least three drivers for charges and refuse to pay them. They're greedy and don't do business with their drivers at all in a fair way, showing favoritism to some and screwing over others deliberately in order to keep the drivers from becoming united. They're flakes for the most part, pathological liars and flakes. They lie about being ""independent"", they ousted the owner operators because they decided they make more money owning the cars themselves and leasing them to the drivers, so they've become just like all the other sleazy cab companies in the city justifying a high lease on a junk car. They might have one owner operator, but only because they need him to dispatch in the odd hours of the mornings when no one else is working. These guys are the worst to do business with.
Pros: There are none
Cons: They lie and cheat
