I've worked with ReliaCar Transportation to book corporate trips to and from the airport and social events for three years. Really easy to book and I know who I'm talking to. They're also reliable and the price is good. more

Relia Car Transportation is the best. I use them every week for my boss, who is the CEO of our company. The vehicles are always clean and nice. Everything is up to date. We have them do pickups in Lincoln town cars, but they also offer SUV's if you need them. My boss would not use this service if the vehicles were dirty or had an odor to them. We arrange pickups to and from the airport. They are very thorough with all of their bookings. They email their confirmations right away. I never have to remind them to send me anything for our expense reports. They always arrive on time, if not earlier than they're supposed to. They are very professional and courteous. It's always pleasure to work with them. We have never had an experience of them acting rudely or anything like that. You shouldn't look anywhere else. They are THE BEST. more

Very reliable for service going to the MSP airport. My whole business and many of my friends only use this service for airport service. The drivers are assigned the pick-ups well in advance and they always show up 10 minutes early! Very impressed by their service. more

What wonderful service! How much more unconventional can a taxi task be than to take an order from Oregon to pick up and deliver a couple of pieces of pie to an apt in Minneapolis. Both people I talked to went out of their way and did everything they could to make my anniversary present possible. While they did encounter some problems (none stemming for your company), I could not have asked for better service. The recipient of the pie has now bookmarked your website and plans to give you a call the next time he's in need. I most certainly will too, when I'm in Minneapolis. Thank you so much! We recently hired ITN for our wedding celebration. We wanted the bride and groom, having met in a taxi cab, to be driven away from their wedding in a taxi cab. You provided the perfect vehicle; a clean (inside and out) car with the 'taxi' sign on top and complete with 'just married' signs in the windows (thanks Chris!). Chris, the driver, was absolutely wonderful! He arrived on time and as planned, spent a few hours just 'hanging out' until the newly married couple decided to leave. Chris just blended in with our celebration...he was extremely professional, while at the same time very sociable! He had the greatest smile and kindest personality. We really enjoyed his presence!! They don't pay their dispatcher so the dispatcher pays himself by picking off the runs he wants and throwing the scraps to the drivers. Their customer card list with names, addresses and credit card numbers are shared among the drivers online so they can process the charges themselves, saving the owners at ITN, who are Chris Haan, Scott Yahr and Noah Logsdon, the work of processing them, putting their regular customers at risk of identity theft and fraud. They owe money to at least three drivers for charges and refuse to pay them. They're greedy and don't do business with their drivers at all in a fair way, showing favoritism to some and screwing over others deliberately in order to keep the drivers from becoming united. They're flakes for the most part, pathological liars and flakes. They lie about being ""independent"", they ousted the owner operators because they decided they make more money owning the cars themselves and leasing them to the drivers, so they've become just like all the other sleazy cab companies in the city justifying a high lease on a junk car. They might have one owner operator, but only because they need him to dispatch in the odd hours of the mornings when no one else is working. These guys are the worst to do business with. Even during a very heavy snowfall in February they were only a fraction late due to weather and traffic and called to let me know of the situation well in advance of my scheduled pick up time and they were very willing to make other arrangements for me if I so chose. They were very professional, accomodating and approachable. They gave me a phone call to let me know they were in the area and another when they were in front of my building. The SUV/taxi was extremely clean and the driver was very competent and knowledgeable. The cab was the tiniest bit more than another cab I took later on that evening, but well worth it. I typically despise the run of the mill taxis and refrain from taking them at all cost. Case in point it has been almost four years since my last cab ride. Without hesitation I will use them again in the future and have them in my cell for future reference when I head downtown and would recommend ITN to any of my friends, family and anyone else. I use this service on a regular basis for trips to and from the airport. I am a business consultant and so I fly out every week and come back a few days later. Looking back at my bank statements, I see that I have used ITN 33 times in last 6 months. I can't recall a single issue with them or their drivers. I am not kidding, a car is out front before I leave my door on the way to the airport, and they monitor my flights on my way home to the Twin Cities and pick me up right after I get my luggage without any waiting! They are so much better than any taxi service I have used up to now in Minneapolis. I recommend them to everyone. Pros: Very Reliable Cons: Not Any I Can Think Of more

Cab service in MSP overall is quite poor. ITN for a period of time was actually delivering a higher level of service. After using ITN for more than a year, I will no longer use them. Noah and team have let me down on too many occasions. ITN states they are committed to providing a higher level of service between through their cars and drivers. What I have found is a little company that has lost track of its mission. On multiple occasions they have been late when needing to get to the airport or other destinations or have called me back for pickup at the wrong number. Their system is to write down the number of the caller on a notepad while driving and then call back when in front of their house. Well no kidding, driving and writing isn't exactly the most efficient and accurate process. The last issue which has me looking for other car services is that I was to go to the airport for an international flight where I was to be out of town for two weeks. I called hours in advance for a car. 15 minutes after they were to be at my place, I called and they advised they called when at my house but had the wrong number. They then advised they would send another car in five minutes. 15 minutes later after no car I had to hop in my car to get to the airport and parking it for two weeks, which cost me a nice $200 plus. If you are just going out for a night on the town and don't have a specific schedule to meet they are great, if you are looking for a reliable car service for business purposes, I would look elsewhere. more

I work as an admin for a major multi-national corporation located here in the Twin Cities. ITN Car Service is one of our main transportation accounts. I have to honestly report that their service has been perfect. We have used them for 6 months and there has not been one report of late service. This is out of over one hundred appointments! Our company is so pleased with this service that I was instructed to write this review. ITN provides excellent Car Service, which is service between pricey limousines and regular cabs. For airport service, there is nothing better in the Twin Cites. I should know, I have dealt with cabs and limos for over 15 years and nothing compares to the service of ITN Car Service. Their cars are always clean, well-maintained and their drivers have to be the best in the Twin Cities. Pros: Always on time and they know the city Cons: Honestly can't name one more

This was the worst taxi service I have ever encountered. I waited an hour and a half to catch a cab. I had to call four times to find out where and when my cab was going to arrive. It is a private contractor of cabs so all the drivers had quit for the night, by 10 p.m.! They sent a luxury SUV to come get me, which was completely unreasonable, and disrespectful to the environment. The driver was apologetic, but he charged me $20 to get from the U of M to Uptown. He later knocked the price down $5 but that price is still excessive. The cab I took home only cost me about $10. I will never use this cab service again. more

I called these guys up expecting a cab to take me downtown and a big black Suburban showed up. At first I thought they made a mistake and I was getting upset. Then the driver told me he was only charging me taxi rates. I asked him what was up, and he said that when they couldn't cover me with a cab on time, they sent the closest available car-- a monster SUV with leather, DVD player and the works. I have called them about 5 times since and every time I got a nice ride. Town Cars, vans, suvs, sedans... I love these guys. Pros: Beautiful Cars.... Smooth Drivers... Cons: I got hung up on once more

I have had the opportunity to use this company for work related travel. The drivers/company have gotten me to my destination in blizzards and in good weather. They are reliable and will monitor my flight arrival time so that I am picked up in a timely manner even at 12:30 am. It is a pleasure to be transported to and from the airport by the friendly and courteous drivers. Great/Excellent service that I would highly recommend to anyone.
