Rejuve also conducts CE courses known as BER. Nov. 22, I registered online for a CE course. The options to pay are very confusing. The site has many different prices that you click on. I got an Email confirming that I signed up for the class & that I needed to pay. I called Nov. 26 a/b the confusing payment options & was told to click on the $80 link & wait for an Email confirming payment & time of class. I paid & got a receipt through Email @ 12:55 pm confirming payment but not time of class. I called everyday & left messages up until the morning of the scheduled class. Nov. 30, after driving 30 miles I arrived @ 8:45 am to find that the business was closed. I assumed the class was at 9:00 am b/c that was the time posted for other CE classes on website. I saw another # on door of business & left that # a message. The owner Michelle Smith called me back within 5 minutes saying that there was no class. SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD GOTTEN MY MESSAGES! I asked her that if she got my messages, then why didn't she reply to them? & if she knew the class was canceled when I called a/b payment options then why tell me to pay? She was rude & said that she would refund my money ""WHEN SHE FOUND THE TIME"" & hung up! I drove 60 miles total costing me more $ & I had to hire a baby-sitter who I paid $40. Dec. 1, I called in hopes the this could be resolved by being resched. for another class. Dec. 3rd, I got an email from Michelle that I was confirmed for a class on Dec. 7th. She called 1 hour before this class to cancel, again! She told me at that time she would refund my $. On Dec. 18, I received an email that the owner was sending out my refund the next day. It's now Jan. 11, & I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND! I have called many times but no one answers the phone.
