Those people are what I call bad example for a small business,.
First it took two weeks for a 3 to 4 business days two small pieces of glass to finish, then when done, one of them had a couple of scratches which the lady there said she will order another.
Another week goes by, O we need to send it back to get it rebuffed, well five days after that, we don't think we can rebuff it we need to order a new one, which takes yet another two weeks, in the mean while painters and kitchen installers and counter top people are all waiting for that small piece of glass to finish, so they get on with their life.
I own a small business here in Austin, and I can understand orders delays, what gets me is lack of intention to have the minimum desire to please your client, instead lies are performed.
I have done business with the original owner Mr Elmer Rheinhardt, these people running the show after his retirement are no match.
Cons: Bad product, Bad customer service and lies.
