Avoid this group at all costs 11/22/2011

For a few years I went back and forth and finally decided to go with an executive office space. This space was originally managed by a company other than Regus when I first met the manager there, Cheryl Hofer. I signed up with Cheryl who now works for Regus (they took over management there) and have had nothing but problems with Regus. First their IT/Telecom package is terrible. The Internet constantly goes offline and when it works the speed is pathetic- far from the ""business grade"" spiel they lead on with. From what I can tell and been told, they have a single T1 for data that is shared between all of the 50 or more offices. Need I say more. Their phone system shows a generic number on outbound calls (ie, you cannot dial out with your own caller id) and when you call back the number that shows up on caller id you reach a pre-recorded message that you have reached ""shared office space"" or some skeptical message. At least if when someone called back the number it went to the switchboard so they could transfer the call back into your office would be nice, but not available. Their billing system and clerk, Yvette Ramirez, is pitiful. I have not had a correct bill yet. Every single bill I have received has been wrong. For example, they continue to incorrectly bill me for a 2nd phone line that was never installed and this has forced me to dispute the amount with them EVERY month. As you can imagine this takes time and energy and detracts from running my business. Pitiful services, pitiful management, pitiful billing. When my lease is up I will NEVER do business with this company again. more
