I've tried this place more than once - tried a couple of different stylists, and I've been completely disgusted each time. God forbid if you walk in there with a definite idea of how you want your hair cut. The stylists act like they are listening to you, then they just cut your hair however they happen to feel like cutting it at the time. Also, they try to talk you into buying expensive products and tell you it's no problem if the product doesn't work out - you can just return it. Yeah, they let you return it but you have to fill out a long form (in duplicate) in order to get the refund. I absolutely will not be going back.
