Very Happy 3/14/2015

I've been seeing Tina, the salon manager, for years. I'm very happy with what she's been able to do with my color. She's also very affordable considering I go there on a monthly basis. My friend also goes to her and is very happy with her. Once Tina did something that I wasn't overly fond of and she gave me the service for free! Tina's friendly and chatty. i always have a fun experience when I go there. more

Typical mall salon 2/2/2015

i walked in for a haircut on a Saturday, and was pleased when they could take me right away. The salon wasn't busy, so during my haircut, most of the stylists were just sitting around talking amongst themselves, gossiping and laughing. I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. Unprofessional Manager 6/26/2012

I went to this Regis Salon on a recent Saturday for a haircut. The manager, Tina, insisted that she should do my hair, and that I would just have to wait a few minutes. Meanwhile, she got her hair colored and styled it while I sat and waited for an hour. Many other stylists looked like they were available to take me. When she was finally finished doing her own hair, I declined her services. I cannot beleive the lack of professionalism from a salon manager. more

great salon talented stylists, however avoid one 1/9/2011

I have been going to Regis for years and have loved every stylist I have been placed with. I always have left looking like a new woman. However, my last experience was not quite the same. I was placed with a young stylist (Brittney) who was not dressed to be working with the public. Her breasts were hanging out the entire time, it was repulsive and hard to focus on anything else. She was talking about inapropriate subjects the entire time, I dont know why she would believe anyone would want to hear them. I could not wait to get out of this stylists chair. I love and recomend the salon, but absolutely not this stylist. more

Awesome Salon! Great Atmosphere! 12/30/2010

I just started going to Regis Salon in Danbury and I love it! I have gotten several great cuts and fabulous highlights and color! Jenn W. is the greatest stylist and I LOVE what she has done with my hair. The girls are always so friendly and sweet when I go there... I HIGHLY recommend this salon! THANKS ALL! more

VERY PLEASED!!! 12/28/2010

kim, at regis salon at danbury mall, did the best job that i have ever had with my hair. she eliminated my dark color, colored my hair with a soft brown and then did hi-lights. my look changed drastically for the better. i can only say i am so pleased!! she was very professional and I could tell she really cared!!! more

Tina is depressing 7/5/2006

Avoid this hairdresser....she's depressing. All she wants to talk about is her lousy relationships, and she couldn't care less about talking with and getting to know her client. It also feels as though you're inconveniencing her by getting her to cut your hair -- for her, it is perpetually a bad day. Go somewhere else! more

Better than some, but still just a mall Salon 8/21/2005

As I said in the title, this place is better than some of the other mall salons but is still just a mall Salon. You can expect reasonable prices and the occasional hack job. I really wouldn't recommend it. Go someplace else if at all possible. more

Typical Mall Salon 8/21/2005

I went to Regis Salon once when I was in a crunch and they did a decent job, although it would not be one of my preferred salons. Everyone was extremely nice and took their time, but I felt rushed because of the atmosphere - looking out into the mall seeing people just waiting for theirs to be cut. If you're in a cruch, it is a good place, although I don't feel like it is a place where people will remember you and you'll become a 'regular'. more
