Regency Windows

Regency replaced 11 of my windows. Workmanship was excellent. Installation was superb! Had two windows explode in the past 5 years, they were replced with in ten days of reporting them. I think Regency is fantastic. more

We have had a windows now for a year. We have saved HALVE of what we did in heat before the windows. We saved so much that we had so much left over on our budget. We are paying just $25.OO a month and it's November. Thanks again. Best thing we ever did to our house Jeff and Jean Filter more

My girlfriend just received a quote from Regency Windows. The quote was really crazy expensive...at least double what she was being quoted from other companies. This is after they provided all the “discounts.” I could have retired on the pre-discount price. Later on I called Regency and talked to their VP of Sales. He flat out told me that they try to sell windows at retail and if he can get that price he was happy about it. He said, and I quote, "I sleep well at night knowing that I did well for my company." In other words, if you are not a smart consumer, they will knowingly take you to the cleaners and be happy for it. I give him credit for being honest and upfront with me, but I write this review hoping that I can save some person out there on a limited budget from being ripped off. I keep thinking about a little old lady that barely has money to get by on and Regency comes along and convinces them to pay double (or more) than they needed to pay. I personally cannot sleep with that! If you are in the market for windows, please get multiple quotes and shop around. Do some research and make an educated purchase. And if you know someone that isn’t capable of making an educated choice, please help them. Their slogan, “I’m gonna save you a lot of money” is complete BS!! more

I recently had an estimate from Regency. The salesman was a con man. They were at my house for 4 hours. He quoted me 10 windows for almost $8000 dollars. This was after the "special" they had advertised on television. Don't bother calling. more

Received an estimate from Regency that was $3,000 more than a competitor in the area. It was for the exact same window and lifetime warranty. Now I see why they don't want you to get an estimate from someone else, they will tell you what the others charge. Don't fall for it!!! more

"I'm gonna save you a lot of money" at least that what Mikey always says on the commercials. Mikey does save you a lot of money but he's not the cheapest window guy out there, just one of the more professional window guys. The workers at Regency know exactly what there doing and with that you can rest assured that they're going to do a great job and do it right. more
