They asked me to pay $2000 the day before my surgery and claimed it was for my deductible, only that was three months ago now and my insurance still has no record of this. I have spent too many hours of my time on the phone trying to get a hold of Joann, who is the medical biller, only to have her scoff at me and tell me they are ""very fast"" with sending out claims to insurance companies. Great well why dose my insurance company still not have a statement from you? I have asked to speak with her boss, but she is never available. I even went to the office to try to get a statement to send to my insurance company myself but the receptionist was completely clueless, Joann was not in and of course neither was her boss and she had no idea when her boss might come This has been a nightmare. I hope someone reads this and decides not to have any medical procedures preformed there. It is unacceptable to treat people this way.
