This place after I spent over 50 dollars would not give me a 2 cent plastic container to split my popcorn up so that my daughters could each have their own little container and not have to continue moving a big tub of popcorn around to each other that they ended up spilling because it was too big. Then they double charged my credit card at the entrance. (not the first time this has happened at chain cinemas) Then try to call them to correct it. I think not. You get some national computer program that will not despite your best efforts or amount of time you go through phone calls connect you to a real human being. Absolutely frustrating. Do yourself a favor. Avoid the big chain cinemas and go to the little locally owned theater. At least you get descent customer service and you talk to real human beings who treat you and your family like human beings.
