We love this hotel, but the drilling and hammering noises were almost unbearable. It became comical how close and loud the construction project was, even on high floor. The hotel restaurant in this hotel is lovely, the restaurant around are fine, not too special. The late night lounge option is wonderful for travelers who are confused on time zones and enjoy some late night drinks. The service was lovely in general, but I did feel more should have been done to accommodate the great inconvenience of losing critical sleep. Internet charges perfectly; I do feel nickled and dimed when staying in a nice hotel but needing to call to pay and renew what should be included in one's stay. You can't beat the location, overlooking the park and steps away from the tube. We'll come back with our family!!
