Back Pain 7/6/2013

I would recommend Dr. Legate to anyone who is afraid to see a chiropractor. He listens to your concerns and is quick to diagnose the problem areas. Great results in one visit, compared to nine months of PT with little improvement. more

Dr. Legate is a wonderful chiropractor. He is knowledgeable and thorough in understanding his patient's pain problems and the best way to provide treatment. He is also very gentle in his approach to chirop. adjustments. He is realistic about expected results and has many practical suggestions for exercise and supplements to help ease joint pain and inflammation. He accomplished major improvement in my neck pain when PT and massage did not. more

Dr. Legate takes the time to get to know you and your lifestyle and gives great advice on how to manage and or/avoid discomfort and pain through exercise and stretching..and maintaining correct posture while sitting and standing. His adjustments are great and I always leave his office feeling much better. more

Feeling better than ever! 6/8/2013

Dr. Legate is very thorough at every appointment I've been to with him and his approach to chiropractic is better than any other that I've been to in the past. He not only is very good at figuring out your problem but is very good at adjusting you. He incorporates stretching that helps to keep you aligned when you are at home. more

Dr. Legate always takes great care of me! As a competitive figure skater, when I fall it is never the same way, which means Dr. Legage has to chage how he treats me each time. He is always able to identify which side is out of whack and put me back together....I also like how he gives me preventative techniques like stretching ideas etc... more

He takes time to discuss my issues and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He is eager to educate his clients to help them avoid future injuries as well. Moment of Gratitude 2/6/2013

Thank you Dr. Legete! I forgot that my lower back didn't have to hurt all the time, was just living with the pain. Preparation meets opportunity! Dr. Legete prepares the surrounding tissue, joints and muscles so the adjustment can be much more accurate to the area that is in need.The result was lasting relief. I highly recommend Dr. Legete as a practitioner. more

Dr Legate treated me when he worked in Boston and I made the trip up to Salem for help with a new injury after not finding a comprable chiropractor in the city. He was well worth the drive. I am already feeling better after one visit. If I didn't know it before, I know it now that I am attached to Dr Legate's services as I am to my hairdresser - once you find someone this good at what they do, you can't go anywhere else and you pray they never leave!! :) more

Best Chiropractic Care on the North Shore 10/8/2012

8 months ago, I arrived at Dr. Legate's office, barely able to walk. After 3 adjustments, I was back to my normal posture. I continued to see Dr. Legate once a month since then, and have successfully maintained a healthy back! Thank you Dr. Legate!!! more

Dr. Lagate is quite personable while sticking to the science and art of chiropractic care. I particularly like him, as a dancer myself for over 30 years, and know that he understands my physiology. When I am on the North Shore I will definitely see him, and wish he was still in Boston! more

I went for a consultation with Dr. Legate yesterday. He was fabulous and patient with me and did a lot of testing and gave me a prescription for an Xray. Far above and beyond better than the last chiropractor I saw more

I have been to a chiropractor before, but Dr. Legate is by far the best I have seen. I came to him after being in a very small car accident. He is very thoughtful in his process and also has a lot of knowledge that has helped me as a patient. This is definitely the best care I have had and my neck and back pain has decreased significantly. more

I had received some chiropractic care before, but Dr. Legate is excellent. He not only adjusts my neck and spine but reset a sprained ankle, and works my muscles with a soothing balm. He is very knowledgeable and explains his work and recommendations clearly. I would absolutely suggest others see Dr. Legate too. more

Life Saver 3/16/2012

If it were not for Dr. Legate, I would not have recovered from a hip injury . I had been seen by doctors and physical therapists, but the pain would not subside. After one session with Dr. Legate and I was pain free enough to hit the ice again and continue my skating career! Now, I see him for maintenance either weekly or bi-weekly and he keeps my body in perfect shape so I don't get injured again! He is so professional and so knowledgeable. I couldn't skate without him!! more

Effective Relief 2/29/2012

I have been seeing Dr. Legate for a couple of months and he has been very helpful in giving me back my mobiliy. I have seen many chiropractors over my years and Dr. Legate definitley is up at the top. The fact that he is an athlete as well is an added bonus. more
