Re-Bath

Re-Bath of Mid Florida put in a new shower for us. They installed the siding, a new door and detailed around the window beautifully. My husband is disabled and they put bars on the walls so he is able to use it safely. It cleans beautifully. We are enjoying it immensely. They did amazing work. We are very satisfied. more

I've already recommended Re-Bath of Mid Florida. I've had two bathrooms done by them, and I was very pleased with both times. They were done with about a year and a half in between, but I had the same person doing the work. I also had the same salesman, so going back the second time had a feeling of familiarity. They were both very helpful. It was a very positive experience! I felt they were very helpful and willing to work with the customer. We were pleased with what we got and I am very willing to recommend Re-Bath of Mid Florida. Our situation was a little more complication than some. They replaced our walk-in shower but we bought all our other bathroom items like vanities and sinks from Home Depot. We had to sort of coordinate when things would arrive and the installation because Re-Bath installed everything. We were very pleased with all of the people that came. Most of our installation was done by Fernando who was delightful, prompt, and told use when he was coming. We had communication problems with arranging the times for installation to occur. I didn't get called back when I expected and several times, I had to follow up and pursue. So that was a little frustrating. more

I had an overall good experience with Re-Bath of Mid Florida! I saw their ads, and I knew I wanted to get quality. I didn't want to just hire a jack-of-all-trades. I had them redo the master bathroom and the house bathroom. In the master bath they put in all new floors, a walk-in tub and new plumbing. Everything turned out great! I did end up calling them back about one corner of molding that hadn't been caulked. They came right out and fixed it. Overall, they did all the work in three days. They did it fast, and they knew what they were doing. That was nice, because I had other projects in the house going on too. Everything went smoothly. The transition from old to new went well, and there were no problems! more

I researched other companies out there, and I found that many of them only did some of the services that I was looking to get done. Re-Bath of Mid Florida was the one company that I found that did it all and for a reasonable price, too, so I used them to install two vanities, two cabinets, a wall, and a shower stall. Their communication throughout everything was good. They were always available and returned my phone classes in a timely manner. The salesperson was very nice. He came to my home with some samples, and I was able to pick out what I wanted. He made great suggestions. The only thing that he suggested that I regretted was that the vanity was too high for me. That was the only mistake I made, but considering all the work they did for me, I would say, that wasn't too bad. The workers did a terrific job. It took them about a week to complete everything. They cleaned up thoroughly after their work and moved all of the old furniture out. My home was spotless by the time they left. It was like they were never even there. I really appreciated their work. They even threw in a free towel with my monogram at the end of their service! The workmanship was great. I was very pleased. more

Re-Bath of Mid Florida installed a new tub and shower, did the walls around the shower, replaced the whole vanity, and put in a new floor. They showed up on time and did a nice job on it all. They finished when they said they would, too. more

The mechanic Re-Bath of Mid Florida sent out was extremely good and did his work on time. He was just as clean as I expected. We live on the twelfth floor, so the debris had to be carted away carefully. They executed that without any problems. I'm incapacitated in a wheelchair, so they redid my shower stall to turn it into a personal shower with a seat. I am also tall, meaning I needed a seat arranged a specific way. It had to be a very custom job, and I was pleased with how they handled it. more

I had a shower redone by ReBath and I love it! It was done very quickly, in two days, and I wish I had the funds to do the whole bathroom. I will definitely use them again. They also replaced a toilet I had purchased. The technician was great. He was very nice, friendly, polite, and knew what he was doing. more

Due to problems created by the original builders the remodel took two days longer than originally scheduled. All the while the workers were professional and hard working. Their workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. I would definitely use Rebath again for future remodeling. more

The installer from Re-Bath of Mid Florida was a young man who was accommodating, professional, patient, kind, and just a wonderful person to do both of our bathrooms. Two months ago, we only had one bathroom done. We liked the worked, so we brought him back to do our second bathroom. I have no complaints. I didn't have any anxiety during the installation; it went very smoothly. He said it would take three to four days to finish the work, and it was finished in three days. more

My experience with Re-Bath of Mid Florida was very satisfactory to me. I have no complaints at all. They did a beautiful job and they were good workers. They were just very quiet and clean and that sort of thing. I really enjoyed it. They took out an old tub that I had. It was a sunken tub that had nothing I could put down so could I get in and out safely. I'm not anyone who soaks in a tub for hours anyway. I'm a registered nurse and never had time to lay around in a tub of water. And this tub was too dangerous for me. So I had them put in a new one that I can get in and out of safely and have a bath. I would certainly recommend Re-Bath. I'm really happy having had them do the work they did. more

The lady who came to the house for Re-Bath of Mid Florida was very nice. We set up the appointment, then the men came and worked, worked, worked! They were nice and neat, leaving the house very clean during the several days it took. They were so professional! The only problem we had was that we had to wait for the corner shower for a couple of weeks. I was starting to get a little nervous about that, but when he did bring it over, he installed it perfectly. more

I called Re-Bath of Mid Florida to repair my shower that was leaking. They were very responsive to my needs and would always get back to me quickly. I spoke to Denise on the phone, and she assured me that they would be able to send someone over right away. They were able to accommodate my schedule very well. They even came on BOTH a Saturday and a Sunday. I was shocked when they agreed to come during the weekend! Fernando was my installer, and he did a great job. They had to come back twice since the installation, but now it is completely fixed. Also, they offer a lifetime guarantee, so if my shower gives me problems again, I can call them right up. I hope everyone else in Mid-Florida has the same good experience that I had with this company. more

My husband and I have had two bathrooms done by Re-Bath of Mid Florida. We are just as pleased as you can be! I've already referred people to them and written a recommendation email because I was so pleased. We were extremely happy with how the first bathroom came out, and called Re-Bath again about a year later when we decided to do the second. If I had a third bathroom, I'd call them again! Mel is the one who did the work for us, and the quality of his workmanship is SUPERIOR. I really mean that. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays. Mel will work nonstop for you and not even take lunch so that everything gets done. Dave was very nice to deal with, too. When someone comes into your home to try to sell their product, it's different from going somewhere yourself. In your own home, you're extra cautious, I would say. It was such a good experience that I felt completely comfortable. I would use them again, no question! more

The people from Re-Bath of Mid Florida are great to work with from the salesman to the owner of the store to the technician who hooks up the tub. Everyone was professional, courteous and were there when they said they'd be and did what they said they'd do. They took out the old conventional bathtub and installed a walk-in tub. It was such a pleasure to work with a company like this. I had read such horror stories about companies doing this type of work. The fact that you can get the product directly from them means they are responsible for the whole ball of wax from start to finish. more

We had a bathroom remodeled and they did a wonderful job. The timeline was wonderful, the guy came in and did the job in amazing time. The only problem we ran into is that when we tried to paint the paint wouldn't stick around where they had used the glue, so we had to go out and get some primer. Other than that everything was great. We plan on using them again in a few years for another bathroom remodel. more

I called the Re-Bath of Mid Florida franchise and visited their warehouse. Their representatives answered my questions and verified that I had all the product I needed to do things. The gentleman who worked on cutting out the old bathtub and installing the new one was very nice. His workmanship was excellent and he did a great job. I worked with a different company in the past and they were people I would not recommend; they came in and never spoke to me. I highly recommend this Re-Bath franchise because they took the time to talk to me and explain things to me, which I appreciated. more
