We purchased a new bedroom set shortly after moving into our new home. When we arrived to the store everyone jumped to help us pick out a set and give us pricing...Now comes delivery day...The delivery drivers brought the furniture up to our room and set everything up. Shortly after them leaving I examined the bed a little closer only to find that it was broken and the delivery guys said nothing to us. On top of this the wrong box spring was delivered to us. I called the store and setup an apointment A WEEK LATER was the earliest they could come out. As far as the box spring the manager put me in contact with our sales person to correct this issue who said he would "get back to us". Its repair day and still no call back from the sales rep... Repair guy comes and "fixes" the bed by putting 2 wood screws into the bed!! Are you kidding...Spending close to 6K on a bedroom set and this is how their going to fix it! After complaining and arguing with them to come fix it right they finally do a week later. I have called twice to get the box spring switched out, but they keep giving me the run around..What a poor excuse of a manager to pass the phone off to a sales rep. I refuse to purchase anything else from them!
