Cook Heating & Air and then addressed and resolved the issues in a holistic manner. He was prompt, communicative and demonstrated superior guest service. Reliable Trustworthy Firm 7/31/2019

Here it is almost August. Today, my HVAC system stopped cooling my home. I'm updating my review for Ray O. Cook as a way to say 'Thank You' to this firm and staff. Lindsay you were great and thoughtful when I made that urgent phone. Thank you. Thank you Steve Pegueros for promptly getting to my home within literally minutes of my call. You went right to work to determine why the AC wasn't working. You are skillful and personable Steve. Also, thank you for offering me choices and clearly describing the issues at hand. With that knowledge I was able to make the best choice for my circumstances. The AC is humming away now and my home is cool again. Thank you! I want others to know that you are a firm that they can trust and I will continue to recommend you to friends and family. Thank you for everything. Ray O Cook hires the best people! See you in about three months when it's time to service my system for Winter. more

Air Conditioner Check-up 8/28/2018

I have been using Ray O. Cook to service my HVAC since it was installed. I paid for a heating/furnace inspection last fall and they recently provided me a free air conditioning inspection. I assumed they would try to sell me a service contract, but the technician Brian was extremely professional and personable and I was not pressured to buy anything. I have a Trane system and Brian said he had lots of experience working on Tranes in his home state. He checked the air flow, return temperature, coolant pressure and cleaned out the housing unit. He recommended an adjustment which seems to be working fine. I would definitely request Brian in the future. more

Ray o Cook team that installed our heat and air were great. They came in worked hard and got the job done efficiently. They were very professional and install and clean up were top notch. My husband got in the attic to check their work and was very impressed with the quality job. I would definitely recommend this company. more

Great Job 7/2/2018

Today we had our hvac unit serviced by Sonny Osorio. He was one of the best service techs I've ever had come to my home. He had me come on the roof with him to show me what he was doing and explain the problem and solution. We purchased a yearly service plan and will request he perform the service. We now have our "go to" company for our hvac needs. Thanks. more

Great Work/Friendly Guy 6/26/2018

Sonny called and gave us a gestimate on his arrival time and he was pretty close to the mark (we appreciate promptness). He was cheerful just like his name Sonny. As he worked and checked our a/c unit, he explained in detail all of the work that he was doing and why it needed to be done. He also sat down with us and showed us what we are up against for the future. We have chosen to be on the twice yearly maintenance plan. We feel that Ray O. Cook Company has fair price and good business practices. more
