Before I went to Ray Laks Honda, I had gone to another Honda dealer and was very discouraged. My dad had always done business at Ray Laks before he left Buffalo, and told me to go to Ray Laks. I met Mark Maloney who greeted me with a friendly smile. I'm a person that asks a ton of questions, and he took the time to answer all of them. So far I've leased 2 cars through him, and am currently planning to lease a third one. All of Ray Laks employees are very knowledgeable, and helpful. Their service department is also great! more

The staff was very friendly and service was as promised. An error was made with regard to my Preferred Customer Account and I was incorrectly charged for my oil change. Ultimately the error was fixed and my credit card was reimbursed for the charge. more

Although this recent visit was a longer one, allowing me to log-in to the WiFi account made my wait very pleasantI got work done and did not lose any time. I did when I returned home receive a call that someone forgot to reset my odometer but fortunately they told me what to do and saved me a trip out there. The staff is friendly and as far as I can tell mechanically, they seem competantmy car is running along nicely! more
