I too was a patient of Dr. Rasul. I find the other two reviewers' comments to be those of simply irresponsible people. True, Dr. Rasul's office has a strict cancellation policy, which was emphasized on the lengthy financial policy when I first became a patient, and on the receipts I receive after each appointment. I missed an appointment once, with a legitimate reason, and they were kind enough to waive the fee as it was my first and only time. The staff is strict, but kind, and the care I received from Dr. Rasul was second to none. It was obvious to me that he cared deeply about my welfare and well being. He is always extremely timely, thorough, and compassionate. Side note to Gail35, even when they are out of the office there's an answering machine. It's a law in Nevada for physicians, so your story is highly unlikely that she ""couldn't leave a message."" It's unfortunate that some people refuse to take responsibility for their (or their mother's or daughter's) flakiness and lack of respect for other's valuable time.
