If I could give negative stars, I would. I actually paid my loan payments on time, every time. On the 23rd, I had a payment due, but I was told if I just wanted to pay the whole thing they would pull it from the account. That was fine.. On the 28th, I got an email from them stating the payment was unsuccessful and I was being charged $25.. even though had already taken the money. Huh?! I was first told the account came back as closed... I provided proof that the account was active... then it was insufficient funds and they wanted a bank statement from the 23rd on. I gave them that. They STILL refused to refund the $25 because they said they tried to pull money at 7 am on the 23rd and it declined. First, why would they pull money on the 23rd at 7 am... when that was my due date? So I asked the RUDE man why I only had until midnight until 6:59 am to pay on the 23rd... he couldn't give me an answer. He told me I was never going to get that money back. I went back to the branch and told them I was going to file a complaint with the BBB... they gave me the $25.
