I've rented many tuxes from so many different Tuxedo Shops but this Randazzo Place definitely has the best selection of colors and designs I have ever seen and the prices are good...


I also had a very bad experience with these people. Yes, I agree they are very very rude!! To say the least. I can post a lot more but keeping it simple. Beware!!

Late & Very UnOrganized!!! 9/20/2011

My friend just got married and used this company and the Limo was late by 30 mins! The Radio didn't work well it kept cutting in and out. The alcohol was NOT in the limo like agreed. I don't think the guy driving knew what he was doing. He didn't seem to know where we were going! He kept hitting curbs and it took him forever to get out of the church parking lot. I would look into some other companies before renting from this one. more

I just had my wedding on September 17th, 2011. We rented the F-350 limo from them, as well as the tuxedos. The limo was late, by half an hour, and then when my husband asked them where they were(cause in turn they were late picking up the guys), they lied and said that they had picked us up 10 minutes early. The tuxedos for our guys had buttons falling off, and also had random strings hanging out. The limo needs to be fixed, and should not be for rental until it is fixed. I believe that the owners are crooks and will do/say whatever they need to to screw you out of money. It was unbelievably complicated to get a straight answer from someone when you asked them. You can not expect to have them keep records, so always keep your own if you insist on renting from them. Really though, just do not go there. Randazzo Tuxedo Rentals & Limosine 8/28/2011

I just used Randazzo for they're limo service for our wedding. They had a Ford f-350 that is what I have always wanted. First, the truck limo is falling apart, held together in parts with duct tape and zip ties, and not working mechanically with no power steering! Our wedding party delt with all that with no issues, we just had fun. The other issue was watching the driver drive too fast through the parking lot of the Church, resulting in him running into a pole! The driver managed to get us to the reception though and waited until we were ready to go to the hotel afterwards. Well, when the reception was ending at approx 12midnight, the driver was kind-of freaking out, saying that he had to pick up another party at 1:30am, so we had to be quick. Then when we arrived at the hotel, and approx 12:20am, he proceded to inform me(the groom) that the owner, named Sam, was pissed off that the driver was still with us, and that Sam wanted me to call him! ON MY WEDDING NIGHT! So I did call Sam, and that little prick told me that we had to be out of the limo so him driver could leave to get the next party. I informed him that he did infact approve the itinerary, showing that the driver would be taking us back to the hotel at midnight, and if he booked another party it was not my problem. That little man is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with, and should never had said anything of that sorts to me on my wedding day! I will never use them for anything in the future, and will try my hardest to let everyone know about they're horrible customer service!!!! more

Excellent Service 5/2/2011

We were shocked to find the most up to date styles and colors that matched exactly what we were looking for!!! This was the biggest day of our lives and are so glad we trusted Randazzo Tuxedo to make us look our best!! I would use them over and over! I hope they are still in business when my children go to prom in 20 or so years! I will remember them everytime I look at my wedding pics :):):) We checked out other companies, but not one of them could show me exactly what I would be getting because they do not keep anything in the store :( My husband needed a different shoe size and was able to swiitch it that day!! more

I rented tuxedo's and a limo for my wedding and i got everything i ever wanted and more. Randazzo Formal Wear and Razz Limo made my wedding everything i could hoped hoped for! The tuxedo's were promptly ready and looked great. The limo looked great and was stocked with cups napkins and bottles of water. i am looking forward to using them for future events! more

We ordered vests and ties on a Friday night about 5:00 pm. A turn of events caused us to have to cancel the order. We went in to the store the very next day about 11:00 am. The man that waited on us said he was unable to credit our charge card - it would have to wait until Monday for the manager. I called on Monday to confirm the cancellation - they charged back all but $40. The Sales clerk indicated that this was per the owner. When I asked why they were charging me $40, the sales clerk indicated that they had already placed the order for the items. Ok heres where it gets stupid. Lie #1 turns out the man we spoke with on Sat, that couldn't do the return was the owner. An owner of 50 yrs knows how to do a refund. Lie #2 the guy on the phone said they had already ordered the items and thats why they were keeping the $40. However the owner had already told us on Sat that these items were in house and did not need to be ordered. I then stopped into the store to try to reason with Mr. Randazzo - and was told I was lying about the reason for the cancellation and they were not going to refund the $40. I then showed him that the company we ordered the tuxes through gave us and all of the groomsmen a full refund - on the exact same day we were cancelling the vest with him. All we got from Mr. Randazzo was ""that's my policy."" So to sum up my experience I was charged $40 to walk through the door. Cons: Store policy over customer satisfaction and service. more

You'll Be Sorry! 5/24/2009

Horrible prom experience. Tux was old and faded, offered no help to young kids, overcharged for nothing refused to make adjustments, pants too long shirt too long, shoes scuffed, jacket too big. Placed blame for this on teenager just trying to look good at prom and have a lifelong memory. As for this experience, they were all about the money and short on customer service. Maria was self centered and rude, has zero customer service or people skills. GO ELSEWHERE! Cons: Incompetent, Rude more

Do not rent a LIMO from these crooks 1/8/2009

I had a horriable expierence with Sammy and Paul reguarding a limo. The limo that they showed me was not the one that picked me up. The one that picked me up was a piece of junk!!!!! This limo was for my WEDDING DAY I paid over $1000 for the limo and it was old, it stunk and it was really dirty on the inside and outside. When I called to complain I was told oh sorry by Paul, its like he didnt even care like i was just an annoying customer. So I would NEVER reccommed this company to anyone they are shady, inconsiderate crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: Everything you do not get what you paid for more
