Please notice the lack of customers in this restaurant and stay away from it. While the food is merely average, the service is absolutely appalling. You'll be made wait for over half hour to get your food, which will be delivered with a high dose of attitude by the "waiting staff." You will not be asked what you think of the food and you will be made wait another 30 minutes after you're finished eating before anyone deigns to bring the check. Oh, don't even think about talking to the Manager (Leticia Figueroa) because she doesn't "want to hear about complaints" and will tell you her waitresses are the best. The good thing is that there are so many great restaurants around the area with equally better waiting staff that no one reading this review should ever have to go through the aggravation we did while trying to give Rancho la Lena a chance.
