I'm on assignment and only live in NJ part time. Being new and unfamiliar with the area, it made sense to purchase from the closest dealership. BIG MISTAKE! From day one, the service at Ramsey Jeep has been far below par! First, there were no floor mats in the car, then they replaced them with something that wasn't even close to fitting. After the third attempt, I was fed-up of dealing with them and settled for whatever was given. Then a few thousand miles later, I take the car in for the oil change and a tire rotation, which mind you took nearly 4 hours! That was with an appointment. Then 2 weeks later, the CHANGE OIL light comes on. The brilliant and ever so cordial folks failed to reset the sensor, didn't check fluids or let me know if there was any recommended services I would want done in the future. It seems the staff has a heavy attitude and really can care less about delivering any form of customer service. I also discovered after visiting another dealership for my next oil change, that a fee shouldn't even have been charged since it was covered under warranty. Ramsey failed to mention that and happily took the money for past services. If you like to be treated like an unappreciated consumer and be improperly charged for services, this is a place for you. If not, don't waste your time. THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE. I now go to a dealership in NY and I can't tell you how much friendlier the service and atmosphere of the dealership is.
