I would highly recommend Rain Dance Pools for anyone interested in having a "one stop" business. I had checked into other pool construction companies and found that there were only certain things they covered but Rain Dance Pools handled everything, from beginning to end and that and their reputation was what clinched it for us. Rain Dance Pool & Landscape really exceeded our expectations. One of the things I liked was the flow of ideas that Trey came up with-he added certain details to make our yard look great. He thought of things that hadn't even crossed our minds. Also, Brian was incredibly easy to get ahold of-he answered all of our questions, always picked up his phone, and was a pleasure to work with. Rain Dance Pool & Landscape are very helpful. If I have any questions, even if it's a minute issue, someone may even come out to our house and explain them for me. At any time, I can call them and they'll help us walk through the different issues until the pool is completed. What happened was I wanted the pool done sooner than they expected to have it finished, and they worked around my request and got it done on time. more

They were very helpful, professional, and considerate. The workers kept a neat and tidy workspace in the yard. We had seen the Rain Dance Pool and Landscape vehicle down the street so we asked to see our neighbor's final product once they were done putting in their pool. We wanted something similar so we decided to use them. We wanted one contractor who could do the job start to finish so we were happy to fine Rain Dance. I think Rain Dance Pool & Landscape did 8 out of 10 things very well. I had time constraints on the project which they did well on for the most part. They did not inform me about getting the gas hooked up in time. Due to that we did not have a heated pool for about a half a week. The plumber also left a few fittings loose, causing the pool to leak quite badly. They were able to get the plumber back but the damage done by the leak to the yard was never fixed. Ralph Ager more

I had gotten some bids from another company, which was really high in price, and they didn't really seem willing or care about working with me. Trey Pfeilsticker, the owner of Rain Dance Pool & Landscape, came out to deal with me personally. He is great. He understood my concerns and what I wanted. He gave us more than what we thought we were after. He truly went over and beyond what we were asking for. The entire experience was very pleasant. He ended up doing such a nice job on our back yard, that I had him put in a bid for my front yard. I ended up using him to landscape our front yard too. His prices are very honest, reasonable and fair for what you end up getting. Everyone at Rain Dance Pool & Landscape were really excellent to work with. I've actually referred them to several people, and know for sure that one person will be working with them soon. more

We were 110 pleased with the job Rain Dance Pool & Landscape did for us. We had moved from Wyoming to Arizona, so you can imagine the difference in scenery. Even though we loved our view of the desert mountains, we were longing for some greenery and plants and our empty backyard was bugging the heck out of us. Trey Pfeilsticker, the owner of Rain Dance Pool & Landscape, came out. He listened to what our concerns were. We had a view fence, and then nothing beyond that. Trey wanted to make sure that the pool would be placed in there right place in the foreground so we wouldn't really notice anything beyond that anyway. We wanted a custom pool instead of just picking one out of a book. We had collected pictures of ideas of what we were interested in. He really listened to our wants and needs and took the pictures with him. He designed a spa pool specifically for us. We wound up with a fabulous back yard. Everyone on their crew was so nice and professional and let us know that if we needed anything at all they were there to help. Everyone would stop to listen to us when we spoke. It was amazing how concerned everybody was with us having a great experience. You really don't find that kind of customer service anymore. They had a blank slate to work with and they painted the dream for us. They completed the dream we had envisioned for our yard.
