I cannot express how pleased I am with my experience. I had a terrible experience at one of the other companies so I gave Rainbow a call. After paying for a service call, the other company took a month to get the part in and never notified us that it arrived. I called Rainbow on a Monday and not only was my hot tub fixed in two days, I paid $300 less than I was quoted from the competitor. Rick and his son assisted me on the phone and Clark was my Tech. They communicated the entire process to me and were very friendly. Thanks Rainbow, you have a customer for life!
