I cannot express how pleased I am with my experience. I had a terrible experience at one of the other companies so I gave Rainbow a call. After paying for a service call, the other company took a month to get the part in and never notified us that it arrived. I called Rainbow on a Monday and not only was my hot tub fixed in two days, I paid $300 less than I was quoted from the competitor. Rick and his son assisted me on the phone and Clark was my Tech.
