Great Service and extremely professional staff 12/20/2018

Extremely Professional service. The technician took the time to explain their company policies, costs, options, and there was no pressure to buy or fix anything. He gave me a few options and also the option of doing nothing and being charged only for the diagnostic/visit. I was so impressed by the quality of service. Andre was very polite and did a great job at fixing the 5 different leaks that I had along with my faucet and food processor that were also leaking. I strongly recommend their service. more

Emergency plumbing call 12/10/2018

Eric came out promptly, checked out the problem, and worked to clear it and stop it from further flooding my house. He followed up in testing other potential backups, explained all including what I could do, and wrapped up the deal once he was sure it was handled. Good job all around. more

There was only about 2 hours after calling for service until the tech arrived. He explained what was entailed and provided an estimate. He did an excellent job, cleaned up afterward and I was very satisfied. I will call Rinaldi again if I need there services. more

Eric came today to clean a drain in my kitchen. He was courteous, professional and informative all through the process. He told me my options, what work had to be performed, the cost of the job and how long it would take. He even cleaned up any debris or mess caused by his work. This was fabulous. Nick came out to try and fix our tub faucet leak. He explained our options. We ended up upgrading to a single valve instead. It took about 3 hours. Nick was nice, professional & did an excellent job. We will definitely use Rainaldi for our future plumbing needs & request Nick! Thank you! more

Excellent Plumbing Service from Eric H at Rainaldi Home Services 11/30/2018

Eric H. came out from Rainaldi's to clear a clogged kitchen sink. He was extremely kind and knowledgable about his work. He was able to identify the problem and start working right away. It was harder than we expected but Eric kept at it and was able to get it fixed! I highly recommend Eric H. at Rainaldi's to anyone who wants Five Star Service! more
