I am dissatisfied with the hotel service that my husband and I received on 10/6-10/9/06. Before booking a reservation at the hotel, I checked to see if the hotel provided shuttle service to the Amtrak station since the station was only 1.5 miles away from the Hotel. I was told that the service would, in fact, be able to pick my husband and I up and drop us off. We were not able to use the shuttle service on the day that we checked in because the train arrived past the shuttle operation time. On the morning that we checked out of the hotel, we were told that the shuttle service would not drop us off at the station. The hotel staff did not seem concerned about our inconvenience which was very unsettling considering the amount of money that we spent to stay at the hotel. It is not fair that we should have to pay for a cab because of misinformation from the hotel staff. I will not consider staying at the hotel again.\r
Pros: Room service is great.
Cons: Front desk staff with attitudes.
