I have to agree with the 1st poster on the less than adequent care I saw there. I agree about the first poster complaints and truly if I would have known about things I would have stayed clear. Kids slapping each other and staff repremanding to go to the office - then the office not dealing with the issue and not allowing the child to stay with them but back in class where s/he became disruptive again. My last time in that building was when a child slapped a teacher and the administration did nothing to support the staff member - or even have the child removed for a time out. Apparently lunch time came first before the others for them. One word fits here : K-oss.. more

They really care. 2/18/2008

This is a great bunch of people who really care for the kids. We've had our kids in this center for the past 4 years, and haven't had any problems. The kids get great care here, and the interior and play areas are well cared for. They're also very flexible about getting the kids to school once the kids reach school age. I don't know which location the other reviewer was talking about, but it couldn't be this one. There's no way they could share cribs with another classroom, since there is only one room with cribs. This whole review sounds like it was written by someone who had a grudge with the staff and is trying to punish them. Please take it with a pound or two of salt. Children are sometimes moved up or down a room as the number of kids shifts over the course of the day, but it's not some grand conspiracy. As kids get picked up, fewer caregivers are needed. The classes get reorganized, so that all of the ratio requirements are maintained without paying full staff when the place is nearly empty. This is just common sense, and is one of the things that keeps the place affordable. As a benefit, the kids get familiar with and comfortable with their next-level caregivers and rooms a bit at a time, rather than shifting cold turkey as I've seen at other centers. It's much less stressful this way. As far as putting your children on undersized swings, letting them sleep on the floor or in drafts, or tormenting a slow-to-progress child -I've never seen it. Now, this place isn't the Taj Mahal, but it is a reasonably priced center that I'm happy to have watch my kids while my wife and I are at work. more

Stay away 5/20/2007

They lend absent children's cribs to another classes without changing linens. They toss children from one class to another to cover up limit exceeding. They do not follow feeding schedule. They do not check weight/height limit before putting your child on a swing etc. They might leave your child sleeping on the floor for more than an hour. They might leave your child to freeze under cold air duct. They might comment on a screaming child who is afraid to walk ?its time for him to learn how to walk? without giving a hand. And if you point at things like this they?ll say ?I am sorry? instead of smth like ?I will make sure this will never happen again?. Stay away if you want you child to develop to a normal person. more
