R&H is the most incompetent and elusive management company that I've ever encountered in my 12 years of renting.\r \r They screen all their calls and ignore many maintenance requests. They make money off of ""damages"" and are extremely unorganized. \r \r Stay away.\r \r One piece of advice. If you plan on renting from a property that they manage, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Read up on tenant laws. \r \r Take pictures, take videos. Make them sign off and make them come to you when you leave the apartment. They make money off of ""damages."" This is a horrible company. Do not rent, do not apply. The management of the company is pathetic, which is an understatement. Just look at their properties, and their work will speak for themselves. more

HORRIBLE. Do not rent from them, they have the absolute worse management team. Extremely disorganized and NEVER answer their phones. Owner and property manager have complete disregard for your concerns. When they come repair things, they rush through and do a crappy job. I do NOT recommend you rent from them. They are completely inaccessible. It's easier to reach the President of the USA on the phone than to reach them. Their maintenance is not bad but very slow. Several weeks can go by without them changing the light bulbs or watering the plants.\r On the positive side - the rental is cheap, but obviously it has its price.
