After being treated like a burden in the service department at the dealer on the Katy freeway where I foolishly purchased my travel trailer, I began checking reviews online for other RV service centers. I saw the positive reviews for RV Masters, and decided to call, in order to schedule an appointment for service. I spoke with John, who listened to my problem, then offered a suggestion for a simple solution that I may have been able to do myself.\r
I did as John suggested, and was able to fix the problem for about $6 and 20 minutes of my time. John could have easily told me to bring the trailer in, charged me to diagnose the problem, then emptied my bank account for the repairs. RV Masters is obviously dedicated \r
