We recently had RS Andrews install a new heating system and water heater. It was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish. They were competitively priced and we got a great deal on the system and water heater. They installers were very nice, friendly and kept everything neat and clean. The plumbers were great as well. It was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend them. more

Quick on time service. It was hot as hell out side and I didn't feel like they took advantage of my situation. Good price, certified technicians, great service and they back there word and work. I couldn't been happier. Would recommend accross the board. Sorry if I sound over hyped but I have had such bad service from other companies that this was a great change for once! more

We couldn't be more satisfied with the RS Andrews. Hats off to Jim Wallace, he is a true professional. We had RS Andrews come out to work on our AC unit which wasn't working. He was able to diagnose the issue and recommended fixing it instead of replacing the unit. Very responsive, cost effective and professional. Great job RS Andrews! more

As Brad R stated I had a similar issue with RS Andrews. I was giving an appointment time of 1-4PM on 11/19/2011 at 12:30PM I got a call letting me know they were closing the office but would be at my house before 4pm. NO SHOW at 4pm. At 4:40 PM I got a call informing me they would be another hour to an hour to an half. The tech explained to me that he was busy removing a water line from a gas line. As the same thing with Brad, why is this MY problem I was told they would be here between 1pm and 4pm and that they would call if they were no on time. Calling 30 minutes after the appointment is not notifying you they will be late, it's confirming they are late. I called in to the customer service line to cancel my appointment and as Brad there was no concern of any kind and I was told someone would call me back, but of course no one called me back. Perhaps RS Andrews has so many customers they forgot about good Customer Service and abiding by there own web site promises. more

Plain and simple. I had a good experience when they fixed my AC system this summer. The system is defniitely pretty old, and now it got me thru another schorcher of a summer. more

These guys know what customer service is all about. Recently our AC unit broke. We called RS Andrews and they were there the next day for estimates and installation was the very next day. They did a fabulous job, working all day to get the job done. They were courteous and hard working. It was muddy outside and they took the time to place sheets everywhere they would be walking and used shoe covers while inside the house. GET THIS, after the job was done, one of the guys asked me for my vacuum cleaner so he could vacuum the carpets!!! In addition, a supervisor just stop by. He made it a habit to visit all the sites that his guys were working at, making sure everything was going as planned. We had opportunity to call them again shortly after that, turns out a rat got into the crawl space and chewed a wire. They came the same day and fixed the problem right away!! In summary, fast response, and really great service! more

I had a hard time ordering a home warranty through this company. It seemed really difficult to get them to fax the confirmation to the closing attorneys office and I had to call them multiple times. I'm not sure how they do on service calls since I haven't had to use them yet, but if their customer service is the same as for ordering their product, I'd probably go elsewhere. more

R.S. Andrews is definitely the best service in Atlanta for all of your heating and air conditioning service needs. They have always provided me with prompt and reliable service for the past 5 years whenever I have had problems with my air conditioning or heat. I have also been happy with their routine annual service calls. They have shown up as scheduled and have been thorough and reliable. more
