Great Service from R-Mech 11/23/2016

Our hot water heater popped a leak the day before thanksgiving and we desperately needed people to help us. Betsy from R-Mech was extremely helpful and was able to give us an on the phone quote on how much it would cost to replace the unit. Kyle from R-Mech was able to come in the day of, and quickly replaced our unit within hours. We were very impressed with their customer service and Kyle's willingness to answer all of our questions. We would definately use this service again! more

Things I really liked: Kyle e-mailed me his picture the day before the appointment. He called 30 min before arriving He explained what he was going to do. Did an excellent jod. I would recommend Kyle any time. more

Professional and efficient 9/16/2016
