We've had both Ronnie and Randy out to our home for repairs as minor as a backed up line to as complicated as an underground pipe leak. Both times we received the highest level of care and service. With the backed up line, Randy went above and beyond to get it cleared, no joke, he got up on the roof to clear the upstairs toilet, who knew?! With the under slab leak, Ronnie detected our leak with his equipment then explained their process to repair and the cost but also referred us to another company who may have been able to do the repairs a little differently. Since the house was built in 64 and this was our first under slab leak, we decided to go with the recommended company to have our other lines checked as well, then repair the leak (luckily we had no other leaks). We will definitely call RK Knight Plumbing for our future repairs as we trust them, appreciate their honesty and great repair work. They show up when they say they will and their prices are very fair. Thanks Knight family.
