Everytime I order something a mistake is made, be it the order itself or invoicing.

Always very excellent with what they do 1/8/2014

RCB Awards has helped with something we do every year called the Milwaukee Music Awards where we celebrate local musicians. We have listeners vote online and then present the awards in a ceremony every year. RCB Awards helps us as a local business partner in celebrating local musicians. Their customer service goes above and beyond. more

I normally avoid giving feedback of any kind, but I am very fond of RCB Awards. I have been working with them for over 20 years now. I knew Curt many years ago when we were in the same business. He left that business to be an entrepreneur because he felt he could do it better. I wish I'd had the gumption to do what he did. He really exceeds what I expect. He is fair on prices, and he gets the job done lickety-split. I would probably go work for him if I could. I definitely do trust RCB Awards with some of my best customers. I know I can leave Curt in charge, walk away from the project, and still have my clients taken care of. That is extremely important. I've lost business in the past because of other companies who didn't follow through. RCB takes responsibility. It isn't the cheapest, but I don't care. To me, it's more important to get the job done right and with continuity. more

Fast, Helpful Service and Reasonable Prices 1/6/2014

I used RCB Awards to prepare plaques for an awards preesentation. I brought in a nexample and they were veryhelpful in creating a design and getting my order cmpleted in a timely fashion. They wer also less expensive than a lot of other places I looked into. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. more

Love our Awards 10/15/2013

Briana worked hard with me to find the perfect awards for our event. We went with a logo laser engraved into wood and also a custom medal. The awards turn out great and we got a lot of compliments. The awards are for a mountain bike event that takes place every fall. more

Amazing Service 9/25/2013

I ordered a trophy for powderpuff football and the result was incredible! I was asking about specializing the trophy and they were able to make the front plate as well as the whole top football part completely pink, upon my request. Quick, helpful service! more
