Our double-garage door was sliding off-track so we called R&S. The staff was nice and scheduled our appointment for the next afternoon. They arrived on time for the appointment. It only took the tech about ten minutes to figure out the issue. He cleaned the sensor lenses and changed some springs and we were old to go. He was courteous, professional, and quick! I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me additional, unneeded services. Though, when I did inquire about new doors, he gave me a lot of information on our options for the double door and the single door.
