We placed an order via quizno's website, which automatically selects the closest open location... that was store #659 at 7331 W Lake Mead Blvd Ste 106. We were given a 20-minute turnaround time, but it took an hour, and half of our order was missing. The delivery boy said he would return with the missing portion of the order, but we never saw him again. We called to ask for the remainder of our order, and to work out some compensation (our sandwiches were ice-cold when we received them - most places would offer coupons for free sandwiches for the future!). The manager on duty (who refused to disclose her name) stated she could only compensate our inconvenience with a cookie OR a drink, and that they would only provide a full refund if we drove to their store and gave them back the portion of the food order we received. She was completely unwilling to work with us, even blaming us for the website choosing the ""wrong"" location. She even held the remainder of our order hostage 1 hr and 45 mins later, stating we could either have a refund for the food we didn't receive OR she could have the remainder delivered, at which point we gave up on receiving any resolution. Thanks to her lack of customer service, a pregnant woman went without her food this evening. Trust us... order from another place!
Cons: Its horrible when customer service fails and a manager fails to take ownership of the situation.
