I had a bushing and crank machined by Quinlan for an old motorcycle, and they made a mistake by honing the bushing crooked, which isn't a major issue, but when I went in to see if they could fix it, the owner immediately started yelling at me, throwing a tantrum, and I honestly thought he was going to assault me. I asked to be compensated for the money that I'd paid for the ruined bushing, and to help come to a solution on how I could remedy the error. The owner took out cash for the cost of the bearing, literally threw it at me, and resumed yelling at me and being confrontational, seemingly wanting to escalate a physical altercation. I took my motor and left as quickly as I could, after being threatened. Their mistake has cost me hundreds of dollars and countless lost hours trying to remedy the problem.
