After I was sideswiped this past October, I was given a list of repair shops to choose from, and chose Quanz due to some positive reviews I'd read, as well as its proximity to my home. I'm so glad I chose them! Chris is an excellent customer contact--she's very knowledgeable and went over all the various repairs they would be doing to fix my car. She was able to answer all my questions, describe the process and the reasons of why they'd do the various repairs, and make me feel comfortable that my car would come back to me in perfect condition. I was given a very thorough quote, as well as a time estimate. I scheduled a day to bring my car in, and the rest was easy! My car was actually done a little earlier than expected, but they found an issue with my brake light. They did some tests and found it wasn't related to the accident, but then went above nd beyond--they called the local Hyundai dealer and found out it was actually a manufacturer defect for which there was a recall. Quanz took my car to the dealer FOR me and got it fixed, so when I picked up my car, it was 100% ready-to-go! Upon picking my car up, they went over everything they'd done on a step-by-step report and made sure I was happy with their work (I most certainly was). They gave me a copy of the report for my records, made sure I had all the aftercare instructions for my new paint, and made it clear they were there for me if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Quanz to anyone--to my knowledge, they're accepted and even preferred by many insurances, and for good reason, too!
