Okay. So Shaun is the man. He's the guy I called ""Christian"" in my previous post. Hehe. He took really good care of me when I purchased my car. I took my car in for its first oil change last week. I had to wait two hours (ugh) and it cost me $32. BUT I'm fine with that. I know that I'm taking good care of my baby. A couple days ago I took my car in to get two new rear brake lamps covered under warranty. No problem. Fixed 'em, didn't charge me, my friend picked me up so I didn't have to wait, and when I got back, my car was washed and waiting. Nissan has good cars. They have decent people working there if you know who to ask for. If they treat you bad, just leave! Maybe they'll catch you at the door and work with you or maybe you'll just have to spend your money elsewhere. Don't judge 'em 'till you try 'em, though, newbies. =) more

They absolutely made my car buying experience 6/23/2011

If it's in the Name, it's in the Name! Quality is what you want in a car dealership and that is what I received compared to one north from here named after a ""beer"". That dealership failed to live up to its Edmunds ""Premier Dealer"" status. Go to them if you want Haggle 101! I purchased a new vehicle from Quality Nissan earlier this year for a great price without any bait and switch tactics. The salesmen and finance were very professional and upfront. They absolutely made my car buying experience as simple as can be. more

The car is amazing 6/20/2011

About three months ago I purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra SE-R for roughly 20k. They took my trade in for 5k and I got the Sentra at zero percent interest for five years, nothing out of pocket. The car is amazing and the customer service was fine. It took a little wheeling and dealing, but if it didn't, it wouldn't be as fun.It's too bad that such awful customer service exists out there... I thought the guy that helped me was fine. I think his name was Christian?... grr I dunno. Younger Mexican dude... really nice...On his way to a bonus. more

I was hesitent to take my vehicle to the dealership after reading the poor reviews, though I had minimal options considering the car is under warranty. I am VERY impressed! Not only did they return phone calls (rare for mechanics now-a-days), but they bent over backwards for me. I HIGHLY recommend Robert. He had a great sense of humor and genuinely wanted to help. After negoitating the price of our new Nissan Altima over the phone the night before. My wife and I arrived at Quality Nissan (70 miles from our home) to finalize the purchase. We were impressed with the professionalism of both Kevin, Fleet & Internet Manager and Mike, Finance Manager. They both provided a relaxed environment without the typical high pressure sales tatics. We highly recommend them. more
