When you've been driving the same 4 door sedan since you got your drivers license, getting auto service can be relatively tramatic. With over 200,000 miles under her belt, my Oldsmobile and I sometimes disagree on whether or not it's appropriate for her to be fully functional. Or even start. That said, I've been towed to Quality Auto Service twice in the last 10 months.
Both times I received reasonably quick and pleasant service. Prices were acceptable to average. My only complaint is that I always have to call for status updates, despite them saying they'll call as soon as it's done. However once you do get them on the phone they're helpful and agreeable.
Overall a positive experience. As positive as your only means of transportation (and companionship?) breaking down can be.
