i moved into quail hollow december first. i was sold on it because of the 2 story townhome design and wood floors. turns out wood floors are linoleum and rip extremely easy. when i complained of the problem i was told i should have known when i walked on them and it was not their fault i did not pay closer attention. since then everything has gone down hill. my master bathrooms shower leaks through the ceiling downstairs and their response is that it is not urgent because i have a second bathroom, the other bathrooms toilet leak and once again not urgent because i have a toilet in the bathroom that the shower leaks. my hot water connection for my washer and dryer has been missing the handle to turn it on and off since i moved in and leaks from time to time, maintainance stopped by the first week said they did not have the parts and have not been back since. with all thats wrong they do not hesitate to charge extra fees if the rent is a day late. horrible customer service and very rude, never return phone calls and once you move in the only way to talk to them is to show up which is hard to do when you work.
