My Mother paid for dinner in full, in cash, for the family & asked for me to spot the tip. \r
Okay, but Mom, I have NO cash. I gave the server (Didi or DiAnne) my card & told her i'd pay for the tip. \r
She took all of the cash, no change- I was charged for double the tip amount- \r
What a phenomenal surprise when I got that statement form the bank! \r
I couldn't believe the audacity- the service was truly bottom- of- the- barrel- prodigiously- astoundingly-mediocre: here's why: I had to get my own drinks from the bar & flatware for the entire table of 7- the napkins COVERED in white lint- we were grossed out. It was a buffet, thus we got our own food. The Didi/DiAnne-server was constantly ""forgetting"" to come to our table for drink refills. Mediocre!\r
When i called to complain to management regarding the billing, the girl answering the phones left me on hold ""forgot to call a manager"" because she was ""doing something else"" \r
It gets better... when i finally got a manager (second try, at this point I was substantially upset) he was ""too busy"" at 2 in the afternoon to look at the receipt. \r
I'm on the phone with MasterCard NOW adjusting the transaction, they took my call.\r
Avoid, Avoid, avoid.
Pros: Service can't get any worse.
Cons: Fire your staff, start over! again, it can't get worse!
