My friends and I decided to go to the Puck to eat and drink before an event. First off, there was absolutely no place to sit in the entire place, except a table with no chairs on the smoking deck. When we asked for chairs, we were snapped at and told ""No!"". We then proceeded to stand at the table, waiting for someone to take an order, half an hour later, after being blatantly ignored by the wait staff, and having personally asked one of the waitresses to please come help my party, I went to speak to a manager, which is something I have never had to do in all my years. The manager walked up to me dripping in disdain, while the waitress I was including in my complaint, stood at my shoulder so she could hear what I was going to say. I proceeded to tell the manager about my displeasure, and she basically told me, ""well, this is a bar, we are busy"". She also told us they dont' serve food on the smoking patio, and when I told her we'd been watching servers bring it out there for the last 30 minutes, she told me ""no, people are just carrying it out there. She then turned her back and walked away from me, offering no help or resolution. We then walked back to get the rest of our party to leave, without eating, and as we walked off the patio, the same waitress, was carrying plates of food out on to the patio to serve people. I've never been treated so poorly at an establishment before, we will never go back to The Puck.
