We went to Puccini's Smiling Teeth the other night to celebrate a birthday. There were eight of us in the party and they had a table available to accommodate us. I was very surprised by how small the dining room was. It was very cozy and I never found our group trying to talk over other customers. The service was just ok, and I found myself without a drink on two different occasions. Our server seemed a little stressed over having such a big party. Everyone ordered something different from the menu, and we all took turns trying each others dishes. I ordered the Chicken Marsala. I was a little disappointed by my dish. The menu stated that it came with two chicken breasts and was served over roasted potatoes. When I got it, I notices that it was in fact just one chicken breast cut in half, and my potatoes were cooked to almost nothing. The Marsala sauce was very good, however, and I found myself using my bread to scoop the rest of it up. I didn't care for my mother's dish, some kind of lemon pasta with chicken and capers, but I am not a fan of capers anyway. My father had the ravioli, which was very good and had a good seasoning to the meat. My uncle ordered a pizza, and it was very good also. Not too much cheese (some places overdo it), a perfect amount of sauce, and generous toppings. When I go back I will definitely order pizza.
Pros: nice atmosphere, pizza, bread
Cons: small portions, service
