Be careful at this site. I rented a space and it became infested with RATS! ( they knew this entire row of units had the problem but still rented them out anyway.) The local managerial staff didn't respond to sufficiently "eraticate" the problem and it was an incredible mess. The regional managerial response was somewhat better but I lost valuable items and the overall attitude was not supportive, or customer friendly but instead very arrogant. I have used storage units in the past and have never encountered this kind of inhumane, and unprofessional response.
