My neurosurgeon referred me and the PT was good, but getting an appt through this desk staff was unbelievably convoluted. You can't just get an appt; they have to check with the PT and phone you back. They often don't, and then act annoyed if you call back. The staff are downright balky and unhelpful. At appts, they chat at the front desk loudly on the phone and about their personal lives; noise that is not helpful to migraine patients! They lose phone messages, say the PT will phone but he doesn't, and frustrated both me & my doc. When repeated phone calls resulted in no appt and no return calls, I discovered they had ""discharged"" me without telling me. My doc asked them to forward my records to a new PT and they did not do so & were rude when asked. Decent PT care if you can get to it. Good luck!
