It was a terrible experience for me at their office. Instead of explaining the procedure to the patient (like what I experienced at most of the dental offices), the doctor talked to the nurse about how strange other patients are most of the time during my treatment. Afterwards, I felt something not quite right at the check out, and asked if I could ask the doctor a question. The girl at the front desk (who was not there for my treatment) said there was nothing wrong and I could come back for another visit if I want. She turned her back to me when I was trying to explain to her that I felt something NOW and would just like to ask a question to the dentist. I was finally taken back to the dentist (by other girl) and he started to fix the problem. But he kept complaining during the whole time how he has done a beautiful job and he was just doing this so I got what I want, which scared me what he was going to do to my tooth, not to mention my gum was cut (by accident?) and started bleeding...
