Terrible customer service 12/19/2007

We encountered a very rude person named Stephanie. Actually hung up on us when we questioned something about the high bill. The show is run by the staff and the poor dentists know nothing about the fact they are running off business. more

Don't go there! 11/19/2007

There is a very rude, very confrontational hygienist there named Marlena. When I called to ask that my records be transferred to another dentist, they denied that they had an office manager and told me that I would be responsible for $20 duplication fee for my x-rays. I am still following up and found out that many people have come from that dentist to another nearby due to complaints about the same hygienist more

Billing Procedures 6/7/2007

The Dentists are qualified and professional. However, be wary of their insurance billing procedures. Services are performed, sometimes, without checking whether they are covered under insurance plans and patients are left with substantial out of pocket expenses. Customer service is average and needs a refresher course. more

Beautiful Office 8/18/2005

Parkway Dental has a new office that has been open approximately a year. It is really pretty and looks expensive. There are 2 male dentists in this group and they are both very nice. I never seem to have to wait long to get back to get my teeth cleaned, however it does take a long time to get an appointment unless it is an emergency. They seem to be on most insurance plans but ask before you make an appointment. more
