Dr. Prosser's office is extremely friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had to sit in the waiting room becuase they are always on time. But it is a very nice waiting room - sometimes I'm thinking it would be nice to hang out a bit, but I never get to. They look up insurance information for me whenever I need it and are extremely accurate every time. Everytime I call I get the receptionist immediately and never have to wait.\r
Not only are the on time and friendly, but when I get my reminder in the mail and call them to set up an appointment, they don't make me wait weeks for an appointment. More often than not, I'm in there by the end of the week.\r
Dr. Prosser is straight-forward and extremely caring toward his patients. I had a bit of a complex dental issue and he put in TONS of time returning calls and personally explaining what needed to happen. He genuinely cares and shows it by how well he takes care of his patients.\r
