DO NOT GO THERE! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went there once before (a year ago) it was great. My boyfriend and I went back tonight: I ordered a salad, obviously it came out first, the server didn't ask me if I was done with the salad just took my plate and set my silverware on the dirty table. Really? Then my boyfriend had ordered a meatball pasta and a margarita pizza to share. His meatball spaghetti comes out first and I sat there for 20+ mins waiting on the pizza. It finally arrives, he is finished with his dish, the pizza had no flavor. Very little cheese, mainly crust, and the sauce had no flavor. We complained...They brought us a pepperoni and mushroom pizza we thought you can't get it wrong...ugh yeah, they can. Again, sauce so flavor. We complained again, at this point we just wanted the check. The server did everything she could to get us a discount, but the manager sent a message to us ""SENT"" she didn't come over our table to apologize, she SENT a MESSANGER that's what the server described herself as...she wanted us to know since we had taken a few bites there was nothing she could do for us...ugh yes...we need to taste the pizza and 97% of it still sitting there. So we paid for our bill and left. I hope to contact the owner this is ridiculous. Never going back. DO NOT GO THERE. Obviously the manager doesn't care enough to come apologize. According to the server she was busy at the bar so if we wanted to come talk we needed to come to her, and either way there was nothing she could do for us because we had taken a few bites of the pizza. We didn't even eat half a slice but ok. DO NOT GO THERE. more

Prosciutto's has some of the best pizza but my last order was not good. A quarter of the pizza had no cheese and they forget the pepperoni which I was charged for. I have ate there pizza about ten times and every other time it was very good. more

Best place in Lake Norman to watch College or NFL football. Can also catch NHL games. Great bartenders with good beer specials, don't forget the Saturday Jager special. Family dinning also available so bring the whole family and enjoy the Pizza. Im a Pizza snob and they have the best I have had in the Charlotte area, and I have eaten at many other Pizza places, I don't waste my time with them any more if I want Pizza I go straight to Prosiciuttos. more

Love this place! Warm atmosphere and welcoming staff that make you feel like part of the family. The layout of the restaurant (a family dining side and a bar/dining side) makes it a great place to bring the family as well as a great place for a date night. The food is fabulous and the pizza is the best around (and I'm from NY.) Great beer and wine list! You can't miss with this place! more

I have kept coming back to Prosciutto's for years for a reason. I have yet to try an item on the menu I don't like. Since adding a brunch menu, it's only gotten better. The prices and selection on the brunch menu are fantastic. The pasta portions are huge, and still taste great the next day as leftovers. There's also a good beer selection (though I wish the Red Oak was included in the $2 Draft Day, haha). My favorite part of this place is the atmosphere. You just can't beat it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the patrons who go to this restaurant are awesome. When I have friends and family in town who haven't ever been to Prosciutto's, I always bring them so they can see for themselves what I have been raving about for years! more

We decided to try Prosciutto's after a day out on the lake. We had read many positive reviews and were really looking forward to it. When we entered, the place was empty. We were told to sit where ever we wanted. The dining room was very dark and dingy. The hostess/waitress that greeted us was very short/rude (Tall girl with brown/black hair wearing a hat). As she took our order and delivered our food it was very evident that she was seriously pissed off about something. The salad we ordered wasn't very fresh and the homemade balsamic dressing wasn't great at all. On a positve note, the pizza was good. I doubt we would eat there again, but we would order pizza from there. more

Have always had good pizza. The bar staff is very friendly and good. Nothing bad that I have ever experienced. I am a school teacher and don't feel comfortable drinking around kids that might end up in my future class. It is a great family establishment. Pros: best pizza in Cornelius Cons: too many kids for my liking. Kind of clicky. more

Prosciuttos is the best pizza i have had since i have been in the Cornelius area. Its a wonderful place to bring to family and a fun place when you just want a night out with some friends. Prosciuttos also has a wonderful staff... all the servers are friendly and the owner always goes out of his way to make you feel welcome! I recommend for everyone to try Prosciuttos atleast once... you wont regret it! :) Pros: great food, great staff, great atmosphere more

Prosciutto's pizza is the best in the Lake Norman area, by far! The atmosphere with the best staff makes this a MUST-RETURN-TO place. I strongly recommend this place. Pros: Food/Atmosphere Cons: Sometimes it's too busy to get a seat at the bar more
